Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Stavent (formerly Supportcord) (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stavent provides tools for managing Discord support workflows including ticketing, moderation, audit logs, and analytics. Features may change over time as we improve the Service. We'll notify you of material changes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the Service for unlawful activity. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service when using our integration features.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Stavent permission to process your content as needed to provide the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Pricing and plan limits may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms. We'll provide notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stavent disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stavent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
