About Stavent
We're building the support tools Discord communities deserve.
Our Mission
Help community teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time building meaningful connections with their members.
Who We Are
A small team of engineers and community builders who've felt the pain of managing support at scale on Discord.
Why Stavent
We started as Supportcord in 2024 and rebranded to Stavent to better reflect our expanded vision for community operations.
Our Story
Stavent was born from frustration. We were running large Discord communities and spending hours every day managing support tickets, moderating conversations, and trying to keep track of everything manually.
The existing tools felt clunky, disconnected, or built for platforms that weren't Discord. We wanted something native to the way Discord communities actually work—fast, real-time, and deeply integrated.
So we built Stavent. What started as an internal tool for our own servers has grown into a platform trusted by gaming communities, DAOs, creator collectives, and SaaS support teams around the world.
Today, Stavent powers support operations for over 200 Discord communities, helping teams respond faster, track issues more effectively, and maintain complete visibility into their support workflows.
