Stavent plans are typically aligned with scale and compliance needs:

Limits and fair use

Limits are measured per workspace and may include: number of agents, concurrent open tickets, and audit retention duration. For high-volume servers, talk to sales for sizing.

Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly (or annually if you choose annual billing). Enterprise customers can request net terms and PO support.

Tip
Keep billing contacts separate from admins. Owners can add a billing-only role in the workspace.

Upgrades and cancellations

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Downgrades may disable features but preserve data within retention windows.
